DAY 1115

So at last after so much waiting for the semi-finals of the badminton tournament at the office, I lost the match but the good part was that I lost from the person who is the champion & at one stage of the game he was in so much pressure when he was about to lose. So I did give him a very tough time. Although I lost but I don’t feel that much sad coz I did try & the game never went one sided. Now let’s hope we do get a Cricket match arrange by the office as well.

Also today my belated birthday was celebrated with my colleague & my boss. All the 3 birthday boys lost the matches in the tournament. Yeah! Not a good gift & all got unlucky birthday treats :D. Better luck next time on next birthday if I get the chance to live that long :).

On my last blog, I did get one comment on FB saying my blogs are getting lengthy so I have decided to keep this short as it might get harder for people to read. Although everyone don’t even read these but still I intend to write as long as I can. Although at some stage I do feel running out of words & then I give gaps to the blogs so I can gather words & events to share. Also one more comment I got on my last blog that I should be writing in news papers as I criticized the politicians & the government in my last blog. Basically this is one way of reducing my anger against them. Even if I be writing in papers won’t do anything coz the public is stupid and they want it be punished so they will keep voting these jerks.

The weather here at this moment is too cool. After long hot days, today its wind all over. The speed of the air is really great. It is 30 mph. Although very less chance of rain but I hope it rain soon as I know on weekend the WAPDA will keep attacking a lot. So let’s hope it rains…

DAY 1107

For the third time the Semi-finals & the finals of the Badminton Tournament at office has been postponed & now hopefully will be held next Friday. Hopefully :D. The delay is killing the charm of the tournament. Even a belated birthday party for me & my colleague will be held on the same day in the office along with my boss who is also my partner in Badminton.  Let’s hope the birthday thing make us win.

Our most respected Prime Minister who was sentenced for 30 sec & has a name in book of record for being a convicted is still having lots of fun & trips all around & even after the complete verdict from the SC, no action been taken so far. Wow! This is democracy. This same sooooooooooooooo much respectful PM answered a question to CNN which was like slapping 18 crore public & honestly this shameless public do deserve lots of slaps. The question was:

So next time when election comes, please vote for these parties again as at least they are not stopping us from going abroad.

Oh by the way, Pakistan’s Federal Minister for Water and Power claimed 6 days ago that unannounced load-shedding will be end in 24 hours & we all are still waiting for 24 hours to finish. Also if anyone can please ask this stupid character that since when do they announce load shedding & where do they announce it? He said Power crisis is national issue. He is right. Power in wrong hand is indeed a Crisis & a National issue we have to face every day.

Also Foreign Minister, said that reopening NATO supplies was in the interest of Pakistan. She forgot to mention President of Pakistan & by mistake skipped those words. So now policy changed in few minutes & demand of an apology is forgotten when the US told that Pakistan would receive one billion dollars in Coalition Support Fund. Well Not to Pakistan but to the Government only. This amount or any other amount will not be given to the families of the soldiers that died. Who care about them? Let them die. Who needs an apology? What would that do? US will pay $365 million more a year for NATO supplies & wow that is enough.  Fill your accounts as much as you can before the elections coz after that who knows if stupid public vote for someone else which is I'm sure won’t be the case. We will still see the same crooks & same shameless faces again in the government. So now you know how much is the value of 28 dead soldiers & 100 more people attached with them. This info you will never learn in books so thank you bloody government & bloody politicians...

DAY 1100

Let me write all this down before my brain says “Oops! I forgot”. Honestly I have a lot to write & I wonder why I waited this long. Had some great time with FB friends on a number of occasion and again it was quite fun but before that, let me start from the start :P.

May 08, 2012 not only I was born but even my blog was born so my blog completed 3 years of my boring words. Now now… no need to clap its fine. It’s still just a kid so it won’t even mind. 3 years back on this day after reading my blog I noticed that my friend who is now in USA forgot to wish me that day & since than on every birthday of mine he keeps doing that :D. Wow! Now that is what you call consistency. We all should be proud that we have people doing good job around us :D. A few others even forgot this time but the best part was that my dear Aamir Saleem (Pakistani Singer) did not forget wishing me this time which was quite a surprise as well as a gift itself for me.

One of my FB friends has come all the way from Karachi to meet us & to attend a marriage ceremony. Friday 04th May, 2012, I got the chance to meet my friend & it was a very short meeting of almost 5 mins as I had to be in the office & had to attend badminton tournament. How can I forget the tournament? Wow! It was great fun & excitement not because we are in semi-finals but overall it was fun. Now the semi-finals & the final would be played hopefully on 18th May, 2012 & so far me & my boss played well & hope to win it insha-Allah.

Due to the wedding ceremony, I did even get a chance to visit Kashmir (RAWLAKOT) for the first time along with my Karachi friend & my FB friends here whose sister got married. It was a great experience. The weather was ok the scenery was not much of an attraction to me as I have been to Murree & it is same during the travel. So maybe I did not feel any attraction to it but yes not to forget the driver & his music collection. Wow! I mean someone should have reminded him that we are going on a wedding not on a funeral. The conductor did mention that driver’s GF left him & I did ask him weather it was our fault that he is punishing us but now I know why she left. It must be due to the music collection :D.

During the travel of almost 3 hours I did get the chance to sit with my FB friend who came all the way from Karachi to meet me & others. We had some fun talk & yes not to forget the wheat biscuits that saved me from hunger as I had to get up early in the morning at 07:30am & had to catch the bus without having my Breakfast. For you guys out there, it would be normal to wake up at that time but for me, it’s like a nightmare :D. The ceremony went quite well & the Kofta(s) were really tasty. Did get a chance to take some pics but never got a chance to see them as one angry young man broke the memory card of the camera so all in brain but not on snaps. On the way back we again asked the driver to put some good music but as usual he again planned to punish us. So we decided to play our own & 2 teams (guys & girls) playedAntakshari. Those who don’t know what the hell is that, Google it :P. The game went so cool. That was the most fun part of the trip I would say. Eventually it was a draw. Although at one stage the girls did sing this song “Hum Tu Dil Se Haaray” (We lost by heart) & we all thought they had accepted from the bottom of their heart that they have lost :D but they started shouting no no this is the song. Not to forget how one song that some might hate “Why this Kolaveri Di” saved the male generation from shame of loosing :D. Yes! It was a moment when we had lost all hopes to find one song starting with “W” when one of us suddenly woke-up & saved us.

Monday 07th May, 2012, 8 FB friends joined together & had some great moments that we can always remember but can’t explain. Yes! It was the first time I was along with 7 FB friends & was having some great time. The walk, the talk, the visit of museum, the 3D motion-ride, the jail & the just married car, all moments were like wow & maybe some of us might want to go back in time & have all that once again. I have been one lucky guy to meet so many online friends at different occasion but this one was special as it had 7 at one time around me. Now I am just waiting for the pics & this time I hope to see all of them just like I had hopes in Kashmir :D.

This birthday for me was some how special. Lots & lots of wishes that always give u a reason to smile, feel happy, feel important & lucky that I have friends that are great. A few gifts that I received were awesome like a mobile set all the way from Lahore & a wrist watch all the way from Karachi & two lovely birthday cards & still two more gifts are pending. Honestly it is not the gift that only makes u feel special but yes the wishes means a lot.
