DAY 68

So where did I leave it yesterday? Oh yes left it in the train. No not my luggage but the Lahore trip information. So after all that adventure we were in Lahore around 5:30 in the morning. The weather at that time was so cool & romantic. Me & my friend, we both were still not sleepy as if we were sleeping in the train which we really did not.

Now was the time to look for a decent hotel. So we just started walking out of the station towards unknown location & found a few people walking towards us & asking if we need a room. Yes we do but our plan was to rent near to a certain location where we could easily move around. So when we said no to them, they said come on, we can even arrange entertainment for you guys as well. Ok now that was totally adult talk & we were not in a mood or not even part of the plan so we skipped that part & kept on walking till we reached at an intersection. There we asked the rickshaw driver to take us to a decent hotel with no entertainment please. So he did just by moving here & there or you can say making fool of us & bringing us to Data Darbar which is not that far from the station but he charged us 100/Rs. From there we decided not to take rickshaw or taxi until the local transport is not available. We did rent a room there after all. My friend was a bit sad that no entertainment. Ok that’s a joke. We were just having fun by teasing each other. Even after renting the room we were not sleepy at all. So we had breakfast, bath & ready to move around. The rest will be in the next blog.

Have you ever been ignored by a same person twice in the same week who actually calls you the coolest friend? I’m sure you are not but yes I am the lucky one so the trophy goes to me. Why being ignored? Can’t really say that but yes my fault as I really forgot that even being the coolest friend, my number was somewhere in the last of the table of 10 & once mentioned that I am just another addition to the friend’s list. So I have decided not to disturb my friend anymore as that so called friend of mine has 9 other coolest friends & lots of other additions to the list. So if one is out of the list, life does not stop. Let’s hope it really does not because I still have a lot to do & to share the whole Lahore trip.
